By downloading, installing, or using the FitStreak mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

FitStreak is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides personalized workout and nutrition recommendations based on user input. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate daily fitness and meal plans tailored to your goals, available time, and preferences.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

FitStreak offers subscription-based premium features. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through the App Store subscription settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies

FitStreak provides fitness and nutrition information for general educational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or making dietary changes.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by FitStreak and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitStreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
