How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings app. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → FitStreak → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the FitStreak purchase you'd like refunded.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No, your workout history and progress data will be saved. If you resubscribe later, your data will still be there.
Account & Data
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I export my data?
You can request a copy of your data by contacting us at support@fitstreak.co. We'll send you an export within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How does the AI generate my plans?
Our AI considers your fitness goals, available time, energy level, equipment access, and any physical limitations you report during check-in to create a personalized workout and nutrition plan each day.
Can I skip a day without losing my streak?
Rest days are important! The app accounts for recovery and won't penalize you for taking planned rest days as part of your fitness routine.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, contact us at support@fitstreak.co with details about the problem.
